Stepping Up for St George’s – Well Done, Sarah!

Huge congratulations to our wonderful former colleague and long-time supporter Sarah, who successfully completed a ‘Walk 100 Challenge’ last month!

Starting on Wednesday 1 April, Sarah set herself the impressive goal of walking 100 miles in one month to raise vital funds for St George’s.

Here’s what Sarah shared about her challenge:

“I have always loved walking, but I wanted to set myself a target by raising money for a local charity. As St George’s is very close to my heart, it seemed like the perfect choice to keep me motivated! My dog and trusty training partner, Jasmine, will be by my side all the way to make sure that I reach my goal, whatever the weather!”

Throughout the month, Sarah made the most of the spring sunshine, clocking up miles on beautiful walks around Canterbury, the Weald and Bewl Water. Thank you so much, Sarah (and Jasmine!) – we are incredibly grateful for your support and for all the funds you’ve raised for St George’s.
